Dear Willow, walking the beach in winter is probably more interesting than doing it in the summer when there are so many other people covering the sand. Animals, sand, debris, clouds and the water, take on new meanings when one or two people walk along. It's wonderful and the air is so clean.
How lucky you are that you can grow Lavender. Wish that I could. Boy, is it ever cold here on Long Island today. Thinking of Spring which is months away. We even had some snow last evening.
Welcome to Willow's Cottage. Here in Willow's little house, I knit, garden, read and enjoy life. If I'm not in my little cottage, I'm hiking, walking or hanging out with family and friends.
